PetBond.com was founded in 1999 by Alisa Merlin and Craig Winter. They have two dogs and four cats.  Alisa is a Veterinary Technician with over 20 years of experience in animal care. She has a magical relationship with animals and has a pet care house call service. "I love animals deeply and am able to communicate with them.  I feel privileged to be able to care for them everyday."

Craig has an extensive technical background and performs the website design and programming for PetBond. "We pride ourselves in making sure that the animals and information appearing on PetBond is accurate and current. It is exciting to be able to use technology that makes such an immediate and positive difference in the lives of thousands of people and pets."
